Accessibility; Property is 8 minutes by car from main town area. Taxi service is good and reliable and always available to/from Moraira town.

Open Naya has outlook onto mountaneous regions and out towards the sea area plus the fantastic star and moon clusters in the evening. There is a seperate large storage area ajoining to the utility room. The property has two main door entrances, facilitating upstairs and downstairs occupants if required. The property has a driveway with electric gates and main gate entrance for stepped walking up the villa.
Rental tariff exclusive of charge for electrcitiy and gas - Euro 100 per week.
A seperate charge for end of vacation period cleaning is made totalling Euro 100.
A refundable security deposit to cover damage will be taken - Euro 350.The security deposit will be refunded to you within 14 days of the return of the property keys at the end of your stay, less any withholding deductions made in accordance with terms agreed.

Payment by bank transfer in a choice of; British Pounds, Euro, or United Arab Emirates Dirham, or through Paypal direct. Bank account details available at time of initial booking.
All bookings must be accompanied by the appropriate deposit unless the booking is made within 8 weeks of the commencement of the letting when the total rental must be made.
You are required to send to us your payment for the balance of the Rental at least eight weeks prior to the Arrival Date as set out in our written confirmation. If you fail to make a payment due to us in full and on time we may treat your booking as cancelled by you.
We will hold the Security Deposit to be applied against “unreasonable and excessive” cleaning required and/or replacement of property; furnishings, fixtures, fittings, equipment or breakages of items identified. We will of course return the Security Deposit to you within 14 days of the return of the keys, either in full or net of detailed deductions in accordance with the conditions previously identified.You can arrive at your accommodation after 16:00 hours on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 10:00 hours on the Departure Date
If you need to cancel or amend your booking you must telephone or email us as soon as possible.
You will also be required to confirm your cancellation by email. A cancellation will not take effect until formal confirmation received.
If you cancel your booking within seven days of receiving our written confirmation, we will refund the balance of any money you have paid us. After such period, if you cancel your booking more than eight weeks prior to the Arrival Date, we will retain the Initial Deposit and refund the balance of any money you have paid to us.
If you cancel your booking less than eight weeks prior to the Arrival Date, we reserve the right to retain the Rental paid, and refund only the Security deposit you have paid to us. Alternatively we will refund the Rental (less any additional costs incurred) to you if we are able to secure an alternative booking for the Property for the cancellation period.
